About the event
Join us for a memorial service for Marva Swanson, co-founder of the Atlanta Quilt Festival. We will joyfully celebrate her love of quilts, quilting and quilters. Doors open at noon. Reception will follow the program. Seating is limited so please RSVP. Free and open to the public. Marva's family requested that friends donate to the Atlanta Quilt Festival or the 100 Black Men in lieu of flowers. If you are moved to donate, visit the support AQF tab on the website. Names of donors who donate by June 1, 2024, will be published in the 2024 Atlanta Quilt Festival program book in August.
