All submissions can be completed to the right. Please upload all advertisements using the form to the right.  Attach a camera ready, color copy of your advertisement, business card or other information, as you want it to appear in the program booklet. Acceptable formats are high resolution PDF, JPG, or TIF (300 dpi and up). The full color booklet size is approximately 5”x 7.” Sponsors at all levels are offered a complimentary Full Page, Color Ad.
